We will meet for telehealth sessions where you get to participate from the comfort of your own home. I use a HIPAA-compliant platform that keeps your personal information private. Feel free to bring your pet or to show me your special interests and collections.
I am happy to meet you for walking sessions at a public park or walking trail. These sessions must be pre-planned in advance, and are subject to change based on weather or other safety conditions. You must complete a liability waiver prior to session and consult with a physician to ensure physical readiness to participate.
I provide family sessions and education for families of existing clients that want to learn more about your neurodivergence and support you in your therapeutic process.
I am an approved SUDPT Supervisor for clinical hours toward licensure in Washington State. Please reach out for consultation to see if I could be a good fit for your licensure needs.
Waitlists for neuropsychological evaluations are (sometimes years) long and are often very expensive (several thousands $). Many folks seeking assessment are simply looking to affirm what they already know; they are autistic. A diagnostic assessment is often more accessible given shorter waitlist times and are far less expensive.
As a master's level licensed therapist, I have the capacity to assess and evaluate for autism within my specific scope of practice, as a means to bridge the gap between self-diagnosis and a formal neuropsych eval. It is important to identify the value of these types of assessments, and to discuss the limitations prior to committing to evaluation. Please reach out to discuss your specific needs and we will individualize a plan for you.
If you're interested in obtaining a diagnostic assessment service for autism as a verbally fluent adult in Washington, please complete the inquiry form below.
Adult Autism Diagnostic Assessment
Many folks choose a diagnostic assessment because it provides a focused, affirming, and accessible way to explore their neurodivergence.
This type of assessment is conducted by a master's level licensed therapist to assess for symptoms and experiences including language and communication, sensory interests, social relationships, executive functioning, and emotional responses using clinical interview and validated self-report tools.
A final report is provided that includes: diagnostic impression/results, a detailed sensory profile, treatment recommendations, and neuroaffirming referrals/resources.
Many find that this type of assessment is sufficient to support their own understanding of their neurodivergence by validating personal experience, as well as in supporting therapeutic goals of seeking medication resources, and seeking accommodations at work or school.

Clinician assigned, self-assessments
Sensory Profile Assessment
Clinical Interview with Individual, and one family member (if desired)
